How do I buy an original?
I create as many alcohol ink paintings as possible and release them in collections on my website several times per year. Information on collection releases will be well advertised before hand via social media, my blog, and mailing list.
Originals will be available here.
Can I commission a painting?
Absolutely! I love creating commissions for clients. Limited spots are available, commission reservations can be placed here
Framing
I highly encourage framing all your prints and originals. Not only do they look incredibly beautiful framed, but it will help to protect your fresh artwork from wear and dust. I do not currently offer framing from my studio, but I recommend checking out a local frame shop or Framebridge.
DON’T FORGET THE MAT. Matting your original will make it look WAY much more legit and elevated.
Returns
Every order, commission, and sale is handled with care and as much clarity and transparency as possible. My goal is for you to be completely thrilled with your purchase! Because of this, all sales are final except in certain situations. Please email: contact@ mandymarieart.com if you have any questions or concerns. Also, please take the time to read descriptions carefully and the check colors on multiple screens if you are concerned about color variations. I try my best to represent the colors and tones in my work honestly and clearly.
All orders are packaged and handled with care in the studio, by me. When you purchase an original piece of artwork, your satisfaction and excitement is extremely important to me. Please, click here to reach out with any questions regarding your purchase.
Shipping
I always prioritize handling and packaging each order carefully and using quality packaging materials to keep the artwork safe during transit. Therefore, I am not liable for failed delivery, incorrect addresses, or mishandling by the shipping service.
After purchasing artwork, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check that the address given is correct. Any purchased artwork returned to me due to an incorrect address; I will happily resend after the additional shipping cost is invoiced to you and paid.
If the address is correct and you are concerned that the package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping service directly using the tracking number sent in the shipping notification email. If you would like to purchase additional shipping insurance, please let me know.
International Shipping
If you are shopping outside of the U.S, shipping can be arranged.
Currently, shipping to the U.K. is on hold.

I love working with artists, bloggers, editors, stylists, and writers! There are many images on my site that you are free to use for your article. The only thing I ask, please credit both me & my photographer. Rights: Who actually owns the painting?
I retain all rights to all artwork I create which includes the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make REPRODUCTIONS OF ANY AND ALL ARTWORK I CREATE UNLESS THE COLLECTOR HAS PURCHASED THE FULL OR PARTIAL RIGHTS TO THE ARTWORK (this is in addition to purchasing the original).
The Collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. If the artwork ends up being reproduced in a magazine or other media I only ask for credit (and congratulations! that means your home is super beautiful!).
When you purchase an original painting you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business (hooray!) but the artwork may not be reproduced without my written permission.
Please let me know if you are interested in purchasing full or partial rights to your painting. Some collectors chose to purchase my right to reproduce the artwork to ensure it will never become a print. I am totally happy to discuss that with you if you would like!
