Stephanie Kwolek was an American chemist and the inventor of Kevlar! I mean that’s pretty badass if you ask me. Tough as nails. Bullet proof. She was awarded the DuPont company's Lavoisier Medal for outstanding technical achievement. As of August 2019, she was the only female employee to have received that honor. In 1995 she became the fourth woman to be added to the National Inventors Hall of Fame!
Abstract fluid painting created with layers of alcohol ink and *extra* metallic shimmer – life is better when you add a little sparkle.
The entire Fiercely Feminine Collection embodies strength and confidence. Soft pastel colors accented with bold intense colors tells the complex and beautiful story of each female hero. Each piece represents a woman in history with a story- a story of courage, strength, and determination.
